Experience: After graduating from Indiana University, Darcie's career
began with managing a campground that catered to families with children by Lake Monroe. She then served as the Resource Development Assistant for United Way of South Central Indiana, leading the IU campaign, before transitioning to Oliver Winery as the Events & Experience Manager where she helped create an execute over 100+ events per year.

In 2020, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the community she called home Darcie pivoted to philanthropy. She began writing grants for Catholic Charities Bloomington while raising her young son, then became the Development Director for Monroe County United Ministries (now Pathways). There, she worked to help end generational poverty and champion economic mobility and early learning education. While balancing professional responsibilities, Darcie also earned her Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Her most recent role as Associate Director of Stewardship at the Kelley School of Business further sharpened her expertise in donor relations, allowing her to foster lasting connections with supporters.
Combining her diverse background in hospitality, resource development, and leadership, Darcie is thrilled to join such a passionate and professional team while contributing her skills to support the mission of the Boys & Girls Club.
