Break Day Cancellation & Refund Policy
All program cancellations must be done before the payment due date, 2 weeks prior to the start date. Any cancellations made after the payment due date may result in families being responsible for the full fee and refunds will not be provided. A refund will only be provided if registration is cancelled prior to the payment due date. To cancel a program registration please contact the Membership Desk.
All payments are due 2 weeks prior to the session start date, payments not made by the due date may result in members being withdrawn from the program.
Membership fees must be made prior to attending the Club and are NON REFUNDABLE.
Deposits must be made at the time of registration in order to secure a spot. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE.
Registrations past deadline are contingent upon whether or not any spots are still available, are not guaranteed, and come with an automatic $5 late fee applied in MyClubHub. If registration is attempted day-of service, an additional $5 convenience fee may be applied, and acceptance of registration is dependent upon communication prior to service.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Bloomington is a membership organization for youth. Once a child is registered for membership, they must wait 24 hours before attending the Club.
