Degree: Bachelor’s of Science: Business & Marketing, Indiana University

Experience: Courtney founded Girls Riders Organization (GRO), and, since 2006, has been actively building GRO's brand all across the United States with a mission to Inspire, Educate and Support girls through action sports.  In 2018, GRO transitioned to the GRO Skateboarding Program with a focus on helping youth organizations deliver quality skateboarding programming to kids.  It is here Courtney initially connected with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington launching the first program at the Lincoln Street Club which ultimately led to her joining the administrative team in 2020.

Hobbies: Courtney loves spending time in her backyard farm - building, gardening, caring for the more than 25 chickens, cats, rabbits and an occasional skunk or other wild animals in foster care - or just relaxing in the pool.
