Degrees: Master's in Public Affairs (Concentration in Nonprofit Management) from Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public & Environmental Affairs. Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Classical Languages (Latin & Greek), and Classical Cultures from Ball State University. 

Experience: Phil has worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington since 2020! They started as a Youth Development Professional at the Lincoln St. Club, then became a Program Director in 2022, and then a Senior Program Director in 2024. In 2026, they moved to the Kenworthy Administration Center as the Operations Specialist. Phil has volunteered and worked with youth since 2016 overall.
