Degree: Bachelor’s of Applied Health Science – Secondary Health Education: Indiana University, Bloomington
Experience: Monica joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington in 2019 as the Teen Director. Monica has been with the Club Movement since 2018 at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County as the Prevention Specialist, later transitioning to the Teen Center Director. Additionally, Monica completed her student teaching at Edgewood Junior High School in Ellettsville, Indiana in addition to placement teaching in Australia.

Hobbies: While Monica attended Indiana University, she was a part of the Marching Hundred and Big Red Basketball Bands playing trumpet. She continues to play with the Marching Hundred Alumni Bands. Monica also enjoys D.I.Y projects and other arts and crafts. Monica loves to relax by completing puzzles and brain teasers, such as sudoku, jigsaw puzzles, trivia questions, and other brain games.
